Is a 1/4" Push Fitting 90° Elbow the Right Size?
The ACP02715 fits copper tube with a true 1/4" outside diameter — most often the liquid line on ductless mini splits and smaller split systems. Because ACR tubing is sized by OD, a 1/4" ACR or soft-copper line set pushes straight into either end with no reducer.
Small soft copper bends easily, but a tight hand bend can flatten or kink the tube, and a kinked liquid line restricts flow. The ACP02715 gives you a consistent long-radius 90° where there is no room to swing a bender. Each end needs 1" of clean, round, deburred tube, and Mueller allows push joints as close as 1/4" apart, so an elbow and a coupling can sit almost back to back. Keep the elbow at least 3" from any existing brazed joint.
