Shipping Policy

We will make every effort to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of your order and payment. Delivery time estimates depend on your chosen shipping method and shipping location. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days. Expedited options are available for faster delivery on parcel shipments. We also offer Fast Track shipping for palletized LTL shipments to speed up order processing time.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, acts of god, or customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight & dimensions of your order and your shipping address.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. In some instances we may require shipping to a freight forwarder.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging including manuals. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including custom products, custom cut duct board, commercial equipment, electrical parts, factory produced Warren heat strips and factory ordered items.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for return. Please securely package your items and send them back to the address provided by customer service team. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the return label.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed less outbound freight costs and restocking fees. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, Budget will cover the return shipping.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain items.
