Mueller Streamline 3/4" OD Refrigerant Push Fitting 90° Long Radius Elbow, American Made, ACP02728
Hard-drawn 3/4" copper does not bend easily in the field, so most 3/4" direction changes mean a brazed elbow and a lot of heat. The Mueller Streamline ACP02728 swaps that for a 90° long radius push elbow that seats by hand. It is made in the USA, protected by a 10-year limited warranty, and rated for 700 PSI on R-410A, R-454B, R-32, R-404A, R-407C, and other approved refrigerants. Is a 3/4" Push Fitting 90° Elbow the Right Size?
The ACP02728 fits copper with a true 3/4" outside diameter, a common suction line on larger-capacity residential and light commercial split systems and a typical VRF/VRV branch size. It also accepts nominal 5/8" Type K or L copper, which measures 3/4" OD.
Each end needs 1-1/4" of clean, round, deburred tube, so plan your cuts with that depth in mind. Heat clearances are larger at 3/4": once installed, keep soldering at least 2-1/4" away and brazing at least 7" away with a wet wrap or 14" unprotected. Mueller's push flare adapters are offered only from 1/4" to 5/8", so a 3/4" line that ends at a flare or sweat connection needs a separate transition.

What size tube does the ACP02728 accept?
The ACP02728 fits 3/4" OD copper, including ACR tube and nominal 5/8" Type K or L tube, which has a 3/4" outside diameter. Both hard-drawn and soft annealed copper are approved.
How is the 3/4" ACP02728 different from the 5/8" ACP02722 elbow?
The ACP02728 requires a deeper 1-1/4" insertion at each end, versus 1-1/8". Post-install heat clearances also increase to 2-1/4" for soldering and 7"/14" for brazing.
Is there a 3/4" push flare adapter to pair with the ACP02728?
