The Parker SLD-13-6SV-HH Gold Label Suction Line Filter Drier provides high-capacity cleanup for refrigeration and air-conditioning systems affected by moisture, acids and solid contaminants.
Its molded porous core offers high acid-holding capacity while maintaining low pressure drop and strong refrigerant flow. This makes the filter drier particularly suitable for system cleanup following a compressor motor burnout.
The compact, large-diameter shell provides increased filtration area while keeping the required system cutout length relatively short. Two built-in access valves allow technicians to measure inlet and outlet pressures and monitor pressure drop across the filter drier.
The SLD-13-6SV-HH includes solid copper 3/4-inch ODF solder connections and a corrosion-resistant shell tested for 500 hours of salt-spray protection. Parker lists performance data for R-22/R-407, R-134a, R-404A/R-507 and R-410A applications. Actual system capacity depends on the refrigerant, evaporator temperature and allowable pressure drop.
