Uniweld Centurion Series Oxygen Regulator, CGA 540 Inlet, "A" Outlet, RO100
The Uniweld RO100 Centurion Series Oxygen Regulator is the oxygen side of a compact oxy-acetylene brazing outfit. It has a CGA 540 cylinder inlet, an "A"-size right-hand outlet and an adjustable 2–60 PSI delivery range. The brass body carries two 1.5" gauges with protective rubber boots: a 100 PSI delivery gauge and a 4000 PSI cylinder contents gauge. It is sized for the portable tank setups HVAC/R techs, plumbers and maintenance crews use to braze copper refrigerant lines and water piping.
Is the RO100 the Right Oxygen Regulator for Your Setup?
Start with the cylinder valve and the hose fitting. The RO100's CGA 540 inlet is the standard oxygen cylinder connection, used on compact tanks like our 20 cubic foot oxygen cylinder. Its outlet is an "A"-size right-hand fitting, the smaller connection found on compact torch hoses. If your hoses use "B"-size fittings, Uniweld makes the same regulator as the RO100B.
For a complete oxy-acetylene setup, pair the RO100 with the Uniweld RMC100 Centurion acetylene regulator, which also has an "A"-size outlet. The two regulators match in size, gauge style and hose connections, so they make a balanced pair on a portable cart or tank carrier. The 2–60 PSI delivery range covers typical brazing and heating tips. Set the exact pressure from your torch tip manufacturer's chart.
Ideal for: HVAC/R service techs, refrigeration installers, plumbers and maintenance crews running oxy-acetylene brazing outfits on small portable cylinders.
Keep your tanks full: Pick up an oxygen refill tank exchange at our Tampa or Houston location, or build a complete kit with the Uniweld torch brazing kit.
Always confirm your cylinder valve connection and hose fitting size before ordering. Use only with oxygen, and keep all regulator parts clean and free of oil and grease. Request free product assistance, contact Budget Heating, or call 813-885-7999.

Frequently Asked Questions
What oxygen cylinder does the Uniweld RO100 connect to?
The RO100 has a CGA 540 inlet, the standard connection on industrial oxygen cylinders, including compact portable tanks like our 20 cu ft oxygen cylinder.
Is the RO100 the oxygen match for the RMC100 acetylene regulator?
Yes. Both are Uniweld Centurion regulators with 1.5" booted gauges and "A"-size outlets. The RO100 goes on the oxygen tank and the RMC100 goes on the MC acetylene tank, giving you a matched oxy-acetylene set.
What is the difference between the RO100 and RO100B?
Both have a CGA 540 inlet, 2–60 PSI delivery and 100/4000 PSI gauges. The RO100 has an "A"-size right-hand outlet, and the RO100B has a "B"-size right-hand outlet. Match the regulator to your oxygen hose fitting.
Why must an oxygen regulator be kept free of oil and grease?
Pure oxygen makes oil and grease burn very rapidly. Uniweld requires regulators to be clean and oil-free. Never lubricate the fittings, and never handle them with greasy hands or gloves.
How should I open the oxygen cylinder valve with the RO100 attached?
Back the adjusting screw out so the regulator is off, stand to the side (never in front
