This is the efficiency leader of Mitsubishi's R-454B multi-zone range at 21 SEER2, 13 EER2, and a 10 HSPF2 — the highest seasonal cooling rating of the five, with four zones. Rated 28,600 BTU/h in both cooling at 95°F and heating at 47°F, it reaches a maximum heating output of 36,000 BTU/h and accepts up to 36,000 BTU/h of total connected indoor capacity. Every zone can be specified independently as an MSZ-GX wall-mount head, which includes a wireless remote controller as standard, or an SLZ-AF four-way ceiling cassette with its SLP-18FAU grille included. Why is the four-zone unit more efficient than the five-zone models?
