Often installed in a closet above a water heater. Designed for vertical upflow airflow installation, this compact fan coil delivers dependable comfort while fitting easily between standard wall framing. FMA5L an be registered in a commercial environment to the original owner and receive a 10 year all parts warranty! This is the best warranty in the industry for apartment style systems, most other brands are 5 years only!

**This unit CAN be converted to bottom return! Must be installed vertically in an up-flow application ONLY.**
