I found the buying experience excellent. Vick was my sales agent and is a model representative of the quality of Budget Heating. I bought two heat pump units from Vick at Budget. This was not my first purchase from Budget as I tend to use them as mny preferred vendor.

Andrew Lynch was very patience in our communication. Entire experience was smooth, along with extreme care in loading the equipment. Much less expensive than a previous HVAC supplier quote. Highly recommend.
