Have had a unit from this company installed in my house for less than 90 days and have had problems with it for more than have of that time so far. This company doesn’t want to stand behind the product and help without continuous phone calls and follow ups. They will lead you to believe they are on your side and will point blame to the manufacturers or installers and give you the run around. Highly disgusted and annoyed by this entire process. The time to file a claim with my credit card company to dispute these charges has come.

Wrong part. As it was Friday at 3:00pm I had to field modify it to fit. Not the best thing to do but it had to be done! This was unusual for This to happen at Budget but no one is perfect.
