Having a fee to file a warranty is a scam. Waiting over 2 weeks to get my parts is annoying and having to continually follow up to get my money refunded after having prod of delivery for 3 more weeks is unacceptable and slack.

Service was friendly,  it I don’t feel I should’ve had to pay a $145 shipping/processing fee up front when we came to bring the bad compressor back and picked up the new one.   I asked if that could be refunded and was told no.  We were told that had to be done before ordering the replacement, which was under warranty.  I don’t feel that’s right and very disappointed with that policy

Procedure when well.
Tech diagnosed problem, I ordered board from Budget, Tech installed board, Return part in 20 day window, got my refund for part. All is well. Budget personnel were great and knowledgeable.  SMOOOOOTH.
