Not only got delivered the wrong unit and I had to pay the day of workto the installer but the right one got delivered too late that got promised. All this in the hottest days of August. Also the unit that I purchased can't be certified by the inspector because is messing the hit strips and without it the inspector won't certified it. Probably this place sell whatever out of standard units and now they don't have what  is needed to get certified. You'll definitely hear from my lawyer not only for what trash you sell but allows for every extra expense that I have done including my waist of time and my family discomfort. I personally will make sure that this place gets inspected for other cases of scam like this.

Vic was very helpful with designing our new R8 duct plan for our home and got our order delivered on the day it was promised.  I would highly recommend giving Vic a call if you are doing ventilation work.
