DiversiTech DP-1 Nitrogen Purge Tool
The DiversiTech DP-1 Nitrogen Purge Tool makes purging and brazing and testing copper lines fast, simple, and precise. With an easy turn of the dial, you can instantly switch from full purge flow to a controlled low flow which is ideal for maintaining an oxygen-free environment while brazing to reduce carbon buildup in the lines. This is critical when brazing any HVAC/R equipment that contains a TXV or EEV valve.
Built from durable aluminum, this compact tool is designed to withstand everyday jobsite use, just toss it in your tool bag when you’re done. It operates at an inlet pressure of 50 PSI (maximum 200 PSI) and features a ¼-inch male SAE flare outlet, a ¼-inch swivel female SAE flare inlet (7/16-20 thread), and a rated purge flow of 25–35 SCFH (standard cubic feet per hour).
