Does every indoor unit come with a remote, including the cassettes?
Yes. The Livo wall-mount air handlers ship with a wireless remote with LCD display, and the Gree cassette parts list assigns a remote controller to every CAS model. Whichever format you choose for each zone, that zone arrives with its own remote — nothing extra to add to the order to make the system operable.
Is the cassette grille included or a separate purchase?
Included. Each cassette option on this page is listed with its decorative grille — GREETF05 on the 9K and 12K. The grille is required for operation, so it is bundled with the unit rather than sold as an accessory.
Can I mix a wall-mount head and a ceiling cassette on this condenser?
Yes — that is the point of offering both. The two zones are selected independently, so a bedroom can take a Livo wall-mount head while a living area with a dropped ceiling takes a cassette. Confirm the capacity pairing against the combination table on the submittal.
Can the two zones run at different temperatures at the same time?
Yes for temperature — each zone has its own remote and setpoint and modulates independently. What they cannot do is run in opposite modes: the whole system is in either heating or cooling, so one zone cannot heat while the other cools. Either indoor unit can be switched off entirely while the other runs.
Do I need a separate Wi-Fi module for app control?
No. Wi-Fi is factory installed in the outdoor unit, so app-based control and scheduling work out of the box with no dongle to buy. A 2.4 GHz network is required at setup, and the included remotes operate the system fully without the app.
How many electrical circuits does a two-zone system need?
One. The condenser runs on a single two-pole 208-230V circuit with a 14.5 A minimum circuit ampacity and 20 A maximum overcurrent protection, and both indoor units are powered through the outdoor unit. That single-circuit simplicity is a real advantage over installing two separate single-zone systems.
