The C-0825-S uses Sporlan’s molded porous Catch-All core to absorb and retain moisture and acids deep within the desiccant material. It also filters scale, solder particles, carbon, sludge, dirt, and other foreign matter while maintaining low refrigerant pressure drop.

Installation

Protect the filter drier from excessive brazing heat and purge the tubing with nitrogen during installation. After brazing, pressure-test the system, repair any detected leaks, evacuate the refrigerant circuit, and charge the equipment according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
