The unit is excellent. My installers were impressed. Price was good; status information was timely and accurate. They called to verify the order and the address (it was a substantial order); sent pictures of what was being shipped; and, followed up to make sure the shipment had arrived.
Didn't like the shipping company driver (Mike) much; but overall good result on my purchase. I would do it again.
