Up front order process was great. But my unit had indentation and a bent fin. Pain for getting through claim. As net pics in and now now further response. Still waiting for Hector to get back to me. 8/13 notifoed, got back to cottage 9/1 and sent pics, today is 9/22 and still no response.

The AC condensing unit was damaged in shipping.  A report was filed as directed.  Delivery was on 8/5/2020 no follow up since.

The sales person was very professional & guided me thru purchasing the proper purchase; however the equipment was damaged in shipment ; the claim
was turned over to the shipping department , &
so far the claim  (After 40 days ) has NOT been satisfied.  This is a simple clam recognized by the truck driver with pictures. What is the hold up??
