After sending 2 units back from freight damage Budget crated the third up with plywood, But somehow the forklift managed to come through the bottom of the pallet and bend the side of the unit what some idiots out there, I did not send back figured I maybe could straighten out a little and use it being im putting it in my own home not a customers just hoping nothing damaged that I couldn't see Thanks to Budget for doing all they could and not sure how Yellow freight stays in business.

I have not installed this and will not from day one I called budget talk to 3 people got the same answer
comes from the factory like that b.s. last person I talked to was phillip borneman he has pictures and video said he would return my full amount less $450.00 return shipping that is insane its not my fault I got a damaged heat pump I want a total refund and budget pay for the shipping.

We Purchased 2-4 ton Bard 11 EER Wall Hung Air Conditioning Unit's. We received them Damaged and it has been nothing but Head Ache. The boxes was Not  Damaged at all but as we took the Boxing off of the units Both Where Damaged. Contacted Budget heating and Air Conditioning they stated not there fault. Had to be who transported it.
