EcoTemp is Designed and produced by International Comfort Products (ICP) who are most well known for producing the Carrier brand. The same rigorous engineering, quality, design, and functionality standards that ICP applies to Carrier are found in EcoTemp products.
The EcoTemp 2 ton outdoor condensing unit model WCA4244LKA is built and designed to stand the test of time and proves it by featuring the industries best warranty which includes a 10 year all parts warranty *with registration* and 1 year quality pledge warranty. EcoTemp is built by International Comfort Products (ICP) which is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation (UTC) which produces Sikorsky helicopters and Aerospace systems; both companies do not compromise on quality. The EcoTemp condensers feature Copper tube/aluminum fin condenser with industry leading scroll compressors. The cabinet is pre-painted over galvanized steel and no-rust base pan. The EcoTemp WCA series were intentionally engineered to be a compact design for narrow lots and ease of installation, allowing easy access with only 2 screws to access the control panel.
The 2 ton unit is only 25.75" W x 25.75" L x 25" H and features environmentally friendly R-410A refrigerant factory pre-charged to 15ft!
