I went in to the tampa warehouse jn person, was quickly taken to meet the salesman and he correctly identified the part with the air handler information I brought with me. The price was steep for heating strips but competative within the market. Unfortunately upon arrival and installation the contactor that came with the unit was bad. Once I replaced it with another I had from a previews set of heat strips the new set of heat strips worked perfectly. I would have been much more upset if I wasnt doing the installion my self because that simple problem would have costed me money and time if I had to pay a hvac tech to come diagnose and do the work. Over all good service with competative prices but it should be noted that my heatstrips came with a broken park, I would not imagine that would hapen frequently but it is what it is.
