Sales support - Juan - was excellent .  Answered all questions and gave good recommendations.  Processed the sale after some credit card mixups.  Once order was placed, it seemed to take more time than expected/projected to get unit into warehouse and then get it shipped.  
Some frustration there.  Shipping Website was not accurate - mycarrier.  I am happy with the unit and the sale. Shipping was my only complaint.  In the end, unit was delivered and is installed and running - all is good
