I really liked using their Website to view products and pricing and everyone I spoke to was really helpful and nice. I ordered online but the order sat at an "in Processing" status for about four days until the order was verified by a sales rep over the phone. It then took another 4 days to arrive, in state. I've ordered online before, from another dealer that use to be in Miami, and I got the split system in 4 days. Other than needing to improve their processing time I will order from them again. Plus they did have the best pricing,,,,by hundreds of dollars.
