I was there when items arrived it was apparent the unit was damaged before it shipped, once the box was removed you could see that someone had hit the air handler with a forklift and damaged the air handlers cabinet, also the straps to secure the air handler to the pallet had no corners to protect the cabinet so all 4 corners on the side and the top had damage as well, inside they had tossed a 50 ft. roll of copper against the evaporators fins and of course with the bouncing of the transportation of the unit, the fins were bent, I am sure that will help my ac's cooling ability I had to spend a lot of time to straiten out the cabinet I sent an email to Budget heating and air but received no phone call it is installed and the air handler is working the condenser is not hooked up yet, I can not recommend this company, maybe mine was unusual but its like a first date you have to put your best foot forward or you may not get a second chance.
