We called to order a replacement 3.5 Ton Goodman 15 SEER Heat Pump System. We had purchased a similiar unit in 2011 and it had an interior water leak, but was still working. We only had one minor breakdown in the 8 years we owned the old unit - and it ran 24/7 in the Florida sun. So we replaced it with a nearly identical unit and had a professional company do the install. They completed the install in a little over 4 hours, doing a thorough clean up. The unit is quiet and efficient and we are happy to recommend both Goodman Units and Budget Heating & Air as professional and efficient people to deal with. We love the fact Goodman is made in the U.S.A. Hats Off to you all! Mary
