Ordering was really easy and Mike was very helpful. I ordered a 20 kg heat strip. It hasn't been installed; yet, so I can't speak to quality or operation of the unit but the ordering phase was easy peezy. The return process is a bit confusing because the return policy says you have to reject the item at time of delivery if it is damaged but the item was left on the doorstep.
