Expansion device
Use piston as expansion device, provides flexibility to convert any coil to R22 or R410A refrigerant.
Coil
Constructed of Green enhanced aluminum fins bonded to internally grooved copper tubing, Green aluminum fins can enhance the removal of condensate during the refrigeration cycle and reduce the possibility of the water blow-off.
Insulated Cabinet
Evaporator coil cabinets are thermally insulated with foil faced insulation to prevent sweating.
Drain Pan
Condensate drain pan is constructed of high grade, heat resistant, corrosion free thermal-set material.
Internally Clean
Coils are tested at the factory with an extensive refrigerant leak check ,then dehydrated and sealed.
Multi-position installation
Versatile 2-way convertible design for vertical up and horizontal right, makes it convenient for user.
Certificate
Coils are A.R.I. Certified for system application with variety DiamondAir outdoor units.
Note:
Do not use the coil pan shipped with the unit on OIL furnaces or any application
where the temperature of the drain pan may exceed 300F
. A field fabricated metal drain
pan can also be used for these type of applications. Failure to follow this warning may
result in property damage and/or personal injury.
