How do I return an item? We will always accept returns subject to cancellation policy. Budget will make every effort to exchange equipment for another in an effort to minimize fees.                                                       CANCELLATIONS If your equipment or supplies have not been packaged for shipment, we will refund 100% of your purchase. If your order has been packaged and not shipped, we will refund 100% less a 25.00 restocking fee. If your order has been shipped and you have not unpacked or opened your order, we will refund 90% less shipping costs. (Shipping cost will be double because of return shipping.) If you have received your order and opened it and it can not be returned in original condition as shipped, we will refund upon receipt and inspection an amount that is fair and equitable to both parties.
