Your website was easy to navigate, item arrived quickly and was the size that I needed. Follow-up question that someone might have the answer. This is an old style filter and there is NO arrow indicating air flow direction. Have seen others ask the same question on the net. My guess is that air is to come in part that is divided into squares and exits through the more or less smooth unbroken surface that looks like the top. The way the finger pull is designed seems to confirm this. Can one of your techs confirm this? Thanks, Ladd

My order came quickly. However, I was disappointed that cleaning instructions and instructions on which way wot insert the filter were not included.

Please let me know how to clean the filter and which way is up when you insert the filter.

Got the right part and it was shipped fast. Only problem I had was, I called twice to make sure the part was the one I needed. They told me they would call me back with the right part for my model number and no one ever called me back. So I ordered the part and luckily it was the right one.
