I had ordered a original equipment inducer blower motor. However I received the wrong part. After making Budget aware of the mistake, the correct part was immediately shipped to me. The incorrect part was picked up on location. No hassle,  no worries. Exceptional price at unpresidented service.

Everyone can make a mistake. Tgey shipped the wrong refrigerant and gauge, but a supervisor intervened, got the correct items shipped, sent me a pre-paid return label, and followed up with me to make sure everything was good!  Kudos!
( She also assured me that the person, who answered the phone first and told me that I would need to pay to return the incorrectly shipped products, had been given additional training.)
