I received the wrong item for 4” round duct collar adapters for Goodman pkg unit. When identified a return was issued quickly and easily and the new item was sent the same day that Budget was notified that UPS had it in their hands. It’s not whether we have problems it’s how we handle them when we do! A+ to you! Thanks Ashley!
