Purchased a 4 ton Goodman heat pump from Budget  recently, my second purchase with Budget, the price was good, the staff was pleasant and quick to help.  One item was backordered  and I received it in 2 days,  Juan followed up on another part I needed and shipped it to me quickly.  Thanks to all for a job well done and I assume we with do business again in the future.  Jay/ from central Florida

We have purchased (2) 10 ton roof units with curbing. One curbing was on backorder for 5 months, but they told us it would take a while when we placed the order. In the end it was not a big deal as we had another opening on the roof already with the correct size curbing. We will use the new curbing for a roof access hatch. The 10 ton units operate perfectly.

Order process was great, follow-up was professional.
All items came in as expected and were very will packaged and wrapped on the pallet. Good communication throughout the process and a rep called to go over the order, and to ensure that all Items are inventoried and inspected before taking delivery from the shipper.

Notably, The delivery was delayed  3 days by the shipping company. This appeared to be a local weather and holiday related issue with the shipping company conducting the final delivery.    Even though the shipper allowed online scheduling of the residential delivery, it took repeated calls over several days to the shipper to obtain status and finally to deliver.

Everyone at Budget Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job on our museum's purchase of a new cooling system.  Salesman Juan Hernandez did a top notch job on helping me figure out what I needed to purchase and keep me informed when shipment was ready to ship.  Trent Taucher in shipping also did a top notch job in getting the equipment shipped to my house in perfect condition.  Also the shipping department did an excellant job in crating all the equipment.   Once again my hat off to Budget Heating and Cooling and look forware to do future business with them.
