Condenser showed up nothing damaged
Air handler showed up no damage but whoever installed the heat package butchered the door
Also the shipping company doesn’t communicate with you at all they just show up whenever called the company and they said someone should of called before they delivered

For the most part everything was great. The only questionable concern I had was after placing my order, I did NOT receive or hear back from them. So I called and they put me in touch with Fred. He stated with New customers they want to go over the order in detail, before it is released to fill. I certainly appreciate them wanting to get it right. My only concern is after 5 days, if I would not have called them, when would they have called me? So it did delay my order for a week.
100% happy with my purchase

I made a major mistake for not ordering the proper system and Fred noticed it and corrected that.  Had it not been for him noticing that I would've been out some $300 to $500!   Good job Fred!   And Budgetheating&Air has also been very good in general, just a lot of backordered items, that's why I docked a star, but other than that, I definitely would do business again.
