Fred and the General Manager went out of their way to locate the fan motor I need. I was a warranty item

Ordered heat/ac unit for our home. Great products and wonderful pricing. Had minor damage on the delivery but budget handled it very quickly. Although it took some time to get the refund, it was not at all because of budget.
This was overall a great experience and will definitely come back if I need their products again.

I was very happy with my purchase of a complete split system package. The price was the best I could find online and everything was in-stock and shipped right away. Everything arrived as promised in a timely manner. One of the packages was damaged by the shipping company. I noted it on the receipt and took pictures of the damaged box. Matt helped me with getting the damaged package returned and refunding the amount for it.

I several registers and 3 of them were the wrong size. I re-ordered the correct sizes and the return process for the wrong parts was very easy.
