A return or refund is a lengthy process with unclear instructions. They require a lot of paper work and forms to try to discourage customers from following through. I found it to be quicker to just by the damaged products elsewhere to avoid delaying my project.

Was a pleasure doing business with, my electric elements showed up damaged and Lavina was very clear and did everything to receive my refund with the trucking company.
