From the time I ordered to the time I got my product, budget was with me every step of the way!!
My product end up being damaged by the trucking company, it was eventually settled and I got a lot more than I was expecting back very fair settlement! Budget is a great company I would definitely do business again!! 100 A+ rating for me

Bard 3 Ton Heat pump.	April 18, 2022

Back in September 2021 I purchased a 3 Ton BARD heat pump. It was installed in October, and after less than 30 min the compressor failed. Since it was covered by the manufacturer warranty, I was sent a replacement compressor which I received and installed first week of March.
What I am absolutely not happy about, is the extra cost of over $1500 I incured for the installation labor and shipping cost. I expected Budget Air to help me to recover at least a portion of the extra expenses I incured that was not my fault.
