Budget Heating took quick action and replaced our order after the shipping carrier delivered it to the wrong address. No trouble for us at all, just filled out their very short form and the replacement came in quick!

Delivery was scheduled and then never showed - then showed on a day that it was not scheduled - twice! Once the unit was finally delivered when I was there, it was damaged and had to be returned

the replacement unit was beat up also but I took it anyways. shippers put square to round adapters inside of unit and they bent some of the fins up. Not at all happy with the shippers and fedex.
