A bulb I had ordered was broken by FedEx when I rec it. I notified Fed Ex who told be to notify the shipper.I went to the Budget Heating & AC website and found a link to report my claim. It was somewhat confusing on how to file, but the owner of the company called me to assure me that it would be handed, and it was in a matter of days.

The staff at Budget made this process very customer friendly. Great follow up from Budget staff. The freight company delivered the replacement furnace and assisted me with the correct handling of the returned furnace. Very customer friendly freight company personnel. Very professional. Thank you for a job

The product arrived damaged. After complaining to the company, Customer Service Elizabeth immediately ordered a new one.
The new unit arrived as promised.
