A bulb I had ordered was broken by FedEx when I rec it. I notified Fed Ex who told be to notify the shipper.I went to the Budget Heating & AC website and found a link to report my claim. It was somewhat confusing on how to file, but the owner of the company called me to assure me that it would be handed, and it was in a matter of days.
