Good product bad shipping	June 16, 2021

The first unit arrived damaged due to the shipper ABF Freight not strapping it down
Budget heating replaced it with no questions asked because i refused the shipment before they unloaded it
the replacement unit came undamaged but with the same shipping company and the driver refused to bring it to my address and instead i had to dolly it the rest of the way to my house about 400 yards
This was not budgets fault but nevertheless part of the process so that is why i gave 4 stars and not 5

Damaged Shipment	February 7, 2021

My first shipment was damaged and I just didn't feel easy trying to make it work. The unit was returned and a replacement was sent out immediately. Very happy with Budget Heating's handling of the situation, but freight carrier should be more careful to do it right the first time.

Great unit arrived without a scratch. Installed and works so much better than my 22 year old unit it replaced.

Great company to do business with. They do what they say they will do.

The first shipment was damage and returned , I contacted customer service and they was very helpful in getting me another unit without any additional charges and in a timely manner , it was replaced without any other problem. If I needed another order from this company I would not hesitate to order again. Thanks
