Budget Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. will accept returns of equipment, supplies and parts if returned within 14 days of purchase. Subject to the following conditions:

· Items must be returned in original new condition at purchaser’s expense for freight

· We do not accept returns for electrical parts

· Items must be received before refund is issued

· We will not accept returns of used or installed equipment or parts

· A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for the amount of returned items.

· If the item or items returned were shipped the cost of the freight will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for packaging the returned items securely and the return shipping cost.

I bought a thermostat to replace an identical existing broken one in a rental,  I was told it would arrive in about three days.  Five working days later I had to install another thermostat before I left on vacation.   I returned the new one after my vacation.  I chalked up the delay to the recent hurricane and a holiday.   Never had problems with deliveries before.  I was dissapointed with the thermostat, I wanted to do my annual battery replacement and the screen was a blank green, the thermostat was dead.
