The product arrived as promised. It took along time but it did arrive. Now I am waiting for the new one.

Original Motor only lasted one year. Took four weeks to get replacement. Summer time. 90s. Would appreciated more responsiveness. Shame this only lasted one year. Seems not a good product? You should look into. Maybe contact Rheem. See if a big problem ?

I received the fan motor in good condition but I am not happy with the 65dollar charge the unit is only a little over a year old

You sent the wrong part. The indoor split unit was broken from the day we got it. You should be ashamed!!!!!!!
