They don't honor their warranty |

The condenser arrived damaged and I called them and had to leave a message for the tech. I didn't get any response for a month. I called several times and still the same. I finally had to insist that I wasn't going to hang up until I talked to someone. The manager informed me that since it had been past 60 days I would have to pay shipping. It hadn't in fact been past 60 day, but there is no real option for filing a claim within 60 days on their electronic form. I was also informed that the 60 days started when I ordered the product and not when I received it, which is ridiculous since it was back ordered. And, I had come to Budget because the other company had their items back ordered and I was in a hurry. Budget's website claimed that they had theirs in stock, but it took a few weeks for them to ship it because it had to be back ordered.
