UPS is not a good shipper	July 10, 2019

UPS was very rough on unit budget shipped three units before I got one that was acceptable. Cant say enough about how good budget was to work with. UPS on the other hand was not good to work with. Poor guy at the terminal was sorry but it would come to him with damage you could clearly see it was forklift drivers being at other terminals being reckless.

We ordered vent registers and return air filter grill - delivery was prompt, registers perfect fit and look good, unfortunately, RAF grill was damaged during shipping- contacted customer service, worked with Lavina who was just great - she told me exactly what to do and within a few days a new grill was received - it fits, it looks fine and we'd use Budget Air again. Lavina made the difference turning what could have been a frustrating situation into one of the easiest customer service dealings I've ever had.

The first unit shipped was very banged up by the shipping company. Budget was great working out the kinks and shipping a replacement.

Excellent customer service	February 10, 2017

First time buying a HVAC equipment from this vendor. The ordering process was smooth and their representative was knowledgeable of the system I was ordering and questions I had when placing the order. Delivery was fast, (Florida to California), but unfortunately the shipper had damaged the A coil. As per Budget's instructions on any damage, I followed their instructions, as well as, took some photos of damaged coil on the pallet and when it was opened up. The next day I received a call from Budget's claims department. Lavina quickly handled this situation and within a week I had another A coil delivered. Overall I was very impressed with the level of service Budget has and I will be ordering more HVAC equipment from them in the future.
