furnace damaged in transit	August 30, 2021

My furnace arrived, but somewhere along the way it had been dropped by the transit company and the cabinet was too badly damaged to accept.
I contacted Budget Heating and they immediately resolved the issue by shipping a replacement to me in less than a week.
It was a swift resolution to the problemand I appreciate the professional manner this was handled.

5 ton unit, the first one they sent got damaged I refused it. they promptly sent me another one.

We have ordered many HVAC units from Budget for the houses we work on as well as our own home. The last unit the bearings were bad on the compressor. Budget Heating & Air honored the warranty and the return process was easy, and fast. Hector made sure we received the replacement part quickly and was very pleasant to work with. Thank you Budget for coming thru for us!

I purchased a Daikin LV Series minisplit A/C (RXS24LVJU & FTXS24LVJU). Not only was the on-line price the lowest I've found, but the website had a list of items which also are frequently bought with this system that I found very useful.

They also provided me with clear instructions on how to review the shipment from UPS before signing for it and how to note damage. This proved very valuable advise as one part of my first unit was damaged in transit. The staff at Budget Heating & A/C was very helpful and professional in getting this resolved and getting a replacement unit to me ASAP.

I would not hesitate to buy equipment from them again.
