Budget's entire staff was professional, knowledgable friendly, and courteous. Needless to say they have the best prices in the Tampa Bay area. I will definitely be using budget in the future for all of my ac projects!

Everything was returned due to damage. Budget heating did everything just as they said they would. I was reordered replacement equipment and expedited very fast. Very reputable company in my opinion.

WE BOUGHT A HEAT STRIP FROM BUDGETHEATING AND IT TURNED OUT THAT I NEEDED TO RETURN IT DUE TO UNFORSEEN PROBLEMS WITH THE WAY THE A/C UNIT WAS WIRED. THE PEOPLE AT BUDGET WERE VERY HELPFULL AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE SITUATION AND GAVE ME A REFUND QUICKLY. GREAT EXPERIENCE. THANKS BUDGETHEATING!

furnace damaged in transit	August 30, 2021

My furnace arrived, but somewhere along the way it had been dropped by the transit company and the cabinet was too badly damaged to accept.
I contacted Budget Heating and they immediately resolved the issue by shipping a replacement to me in less than a week.
It was a swift resolution to the problemand I appreciate the professional manner this was handled.
