The guys who work for budget are great. The shipping company not so great. The first unit was damaged and the second one was damaged also but could be used. I had to meet the first driver on a side street to unload it with him. The second I had to go to the shipping dock to get. On the way back from picking it up the pallet broke shifting the weight and damaging my trailer. I should add the pallet was damaged before it was put on my trailer. I will never deal with this shipping company again and if this is budget uses I'm sorry to say I won't buy from them either. I have already purchased 1 new unit from another company and there was no issues.

The item I ordered was damaged during shipping.  These things happen.  Budget Heating corrected the problem as quickly and smoothly as possible.  Thank you.  The system is up and running again.

Could not be more unsatisfied. It took 3 weeks, 3 air handlers and paying extra to crate the last one to get one without lots of damage. The condensing unit has cosmetic damage and I have been waiting over 2 months for any compensation from that.

Unit was badly damaged in shipping, had to replace $4000 in parts. Shipping company blames AC company, AC company says talk to shipping. Won't use your services again.
