I experienced seeing damaged filters. Outside of box was not damaged. I do not know your packing protocol so I have no proof what happened. Talked to Fred about the issue and he promised that the next shipment he would give me a discount. The filters were not damaged to the extent of being unusable, I taped the torn crossmembers and straightened out the sides that were pushed in. I Have purchased before and have had no issues. Lets just call this an isolated issue.
