Purchased a new wall mount Bard unit. The unit arrived with no apparent damage from shipping. Installed the unit and found a coil leak on the evaporator coils. Placed a warranty claim for the defective coil and have some additional questions about shipment updates and additional warranty costs and can't get anyone to return my multiple calls over the past couple of weeks.

Budget heating and air had the unit we had been looking for and in stock. Price was great and shipping was very fast, was delivered with no issues at all. Customer service was the best you can find.

Everyone at budget heating was really good to deal with. But definitely need to figure a different shipper to ship product I have order through many other site for furnaces and heat pumps and they usually come with a week to a week and a half. But I’m currently 2 weeks and still waiting called the carrier and they said they were hoping to get in on the truck to my house in the next 2 weeks so shipping very poor.
