I wanted a nice condenser pad that was one piece, solid and a decent height. I didn't want to used blocks, brick, or flimsy plastic ones. I searched high and low and found this business in FL that runs a satellite office in Houston. I knew the price was pretty high but I went for it.I'm sure if I looked longer(which I didn't have time to do) I could find a concrete version something cheaper. The pad is not a solid piece which disappointed me for the price, but the A/C guys lifting it weren't bother by having to carry a heavy piece of concrete. It a pad so there not much use to say besides I would do it again but I would search a little more to feel 100% confident in paying this much for this item. Supposedly, you're able to attach or mount your Condenser onto the pad for preventing hurricane winds from blowing it away.
