Sales person should have said something because i had to call to find out the order was on hold because there was an upcharge and delayed the shipping of order by several days.

Fred was absolutely awesome helped me with my purchase and explained the product that I purchased I will definitely purchase another unit when needed in the future. Fred informed me to register the unit so I have the 10 year warranty.
