Tried ordering line sets of 50 foot each from mike...oh be in Monday around noon..ok mike thank you. Called mike three times after at 1 pm...no reply’s...All you had to do is say James I cannot get get them for you..Ok mike..Not good...

The part was lost or not placed in shipment awaiting resolution. My word against Budget. Customer isn't always right. Never received my items.
Budget places the burden on the customer to file claims with the Carrier they choose. You want to install the AC unit and not wait for the claim to be processed and denied in 120 Days.

Claims can take up to 120 days to finalize but generally close out within weeks of filing. It is not uncommon that most claims are denied and Budget recommends appealing for a second review of the claim.

All items were well packaged and in good condition when received. Budget Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job making certain the order was well packaged and received in a timely manner.

UPS was used for delivery, and initially, they tried to make us pick up the order because our street was too narrow for the 18-wheeler. This was impractical. After checking with a supervisor, they were able to arrange home delivery, which I paid for. Be cautious of this with UPS if you live on narrow streets or in older neighborhoods.
