I like this Heat pump. The installation was a breeze
and is up and running with full service in a small amount of time. The guys at Budgetac had even pre installed my requested heat strip package. You can't beat that. Thanks again. rvw

I was sceptical ordering unit online and with this big of cost. My unit arrived and had damage followed instructions for shipping and this company was ontop of it. My unit is installed and I am happy so I can say they worked with my problem to fix it and was ontop of resolution for me. If i order again i will be coming back and everyone i have talked with was professional and courteous. I will rate this purchase for new unit from purchase, ontop of it and communication entire time to the damage on getting unit working to heat my family in winter an A + in my book and happy with unit which is very quite.
