I want to thank its either frank or Fred sorry I suck with names. I had talked to him a month earlier and when I called back he remembered me. That's a plus. The other thing is I had to send my wife over to pick up the unit, and she said that they treated her with respect and professionalism and i thank you for that. As far as the the product, when we unboxed it it was flawless. My installer Jeff at Frazier air who recommended you to us installed it for me that Saturday and the system is more e then I hoped for. Quit cools awesome and performed like promised. Thank you all for your service, professionalism, and quality product I will recommend you to everyone that need ac products
