Installed replacement fan - E3 code comes on -  contractor installer has been trying to get tech support - no one calls back . very very poor service.
Would have never purchase if known difficulty in getting someone.

I bought a DIY mini split/thru the wall AC unit from Budget.  Product came as ordered in a timely manner.  Do to circumstances beyond my control it was about a year before I could install it.  Once installed (I bought 2 identical units, both were installed in a new residence) one unit did not work, I called in a professional tech who diagnosed it as a bad circuit board.  I then called Budget, and was told unit was under warranty, and how to order another board.  Board came from Europe as I understand it, once it arrived I had it installed, and Voila the second unit AC works like a champ.  Everyone there was wonderful, helpful, and helped me get the job done...  On top of all the goings on, Hector was the main man and I personally want to thank him for a job well done.  -Mark

Ordered a replacement part in June.  Did not hear back for three weeks so I called and told it would go out the next day.  Needless to say it did not.  Finally cancelled the order and have not received a refund for the shipping I was charged. It has been several weeks now. Please refund the shipping I was charged asap. Thanks

Blower motor was under warranty and and still had to pay processing and handling of $65 which to me is not a warranty.
