After some real bad news about my AC unit needing repair, they were able to match my unit on a Monday!! by 1pm the same day the unit was available and ready for pick up. cant beat their prices for a 4ton Rheem unit. pleasently surprised. Antonio Quinones.

I had some complications in my availability to accept the order. Buddy took the time to listen and accommodate with true professionalism.
Product arrive in showroom condition and the delivery driver was friendly and professional. Instead of the drop and run I anticipated, he was patient and went above and beyond to get the units into my garage despite a long steep driveway.
The whole process exceeded my expectations.

4.0 Ton Rheem 14 SEER Heat Pump System	June 21, 2018

Getting the Compressor and Air Handler into place was the hardest thing about installing the System. Once the System was installed it worked liked expected. The House cooled of quickly and everything has been working great. The outside compressor unit is quieter than the window A/C unit we put in to get us by when we had no central A/C. I hope to get many years of worry free service from this System. I would like to send out a Big THANK YOU to Fred in sales for helping me select the System to replace my 23 years old Rheem system and Miker at the Katy, Texas Distribution center for all the assistance with the extras that I needed to purchase and the assistance with getting the System loaded and tied down in my vehicle. Keep up the good work and I have already given Budget Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. a very high recommendation with my coworkers here at Johnson Space Center NASA.

I have always purchased from local warehouses in Austin Texas. This was a new experience. In the past it was always this is what we have do you want it. Budget Heating and air was what can we do to earn your business and explained the differences in the brands. I tried on several occasions to try to get them to say one brand was better than another, they would not make any recommendations. I like their attitude. Their prices cannot be beat and their service was great since I picked up at their warehouse in Houston Tx. I purchased 2 units and waiting to install.
